Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or incorrect shipments.
Defective or incorrect items may be returned or exchanged (subject to availability) by contacting Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 877.615.2121 within 48 hours of receipt of the item by the customer.
Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by the manufacturer of the item to compensate for time and materials spent on the order. Non-custom orders may also be cancelled within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund. After that period, any returns or exchanges will be subject to the return policy of each individual manufacturer.
Items permitted for return, must be in new or unopened condition.
Any exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, less any shipping and re-stocking fees. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
For non-custom orders that contain defects or incorrect items, you may return or exchange (subject to availability) them by contacting Customer Care at email@example.com or calling 877.615.2121 within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

There may be errors with prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
